The winning shoe in both the Tour de France and the Giro d’Italia gets upgraded. The Carbon Lite Sole® in the SIDI Genius Carbon Lite shoe is engineered with the latest SIDI technology so that this SIDI shoe is exceptionally stiff. The power from your legs gets directly transferred to the pedal while the optimized biomechanics of the shoe’s design protects the health of your foot. SIDI redesigned the Adjustable Heel Retention Device® so that it is wider but still encloses the heel so your foot stays in place. The ventilated lower cut and softer more compliant material makes it even more comfortable and efficient. The Soft Instep Closure System® distributes pressure evenly over the instep and it adjusts from both sides of your foot. The High Security Velcro® has polymer teeth that provide more secure, slip-free closure. The Soft Instep Closure® and the High Security Velcro® fix your foot securely into the shoe. While riding, you can adjust the Caliper Buckle which has a two-way ratchet which makes it easy to loosen and tighten. SIDI continues to improve its high-end cycling shoes so that the power transfer and comfort of the performance-minded cyclist are maximized.
