Jacket changes with the seasons
What I love about the Gabba is that it does it's job when the weather is wet and chilly early in the training ride, yet when it warms up and the drizzle subsides I can take off the long sleeves and it acts like a wind breaker.....a two in one jacket. Love it!

Riding in nasty weather
When the weather gets wet and cold on one of my main training days of the week I'll ride in the Castelli Gabba Convertible Jacket.  It's made with a fabric that guarantees me rain protection. Even though it keeps the rain off my skin, the fabric also seems to allow air in so it stays airy under the jersey. The fabric is also stretchable so I stay aero in the wind. The rear has a storm flap that blocks off all that spray off the wet road. Another stunning quality of this jacket is that I can unzip the arms and store them in my back jersey pocket. The temperature may rise a little but unzipping the arms allows me more leeway in the variety of climates I can ride in.
