Every component of the Ale PRR Ale Ale Women’s Bib Short combines comfort and performance. The Ale Ale is made with Ale Lycra that compresses the skin and helps to circulate the blood and bring more oxygen to the muscles to get rid of lactic acid. The Lycra also dries quickly when it pulls away moisture to keep the female cyclist dry as she sweats. The SPF 50+ treatment in the Ale ALe protects the cyclist from the damaging rays of the sun. The life of the shorts is extended by embossed fabric in the crotch area that has a high resistance to abrasion. The shorts will not bunch up and cause discomfort because Ale has designed these cycling bib shorts to fit the specific shape of a woman’s body as she is in the bike position. The smooth surfaces give the competitive female cyclist bib shorts over which air can flow without interruption. An ultra-thin elastic band of silicone threads is interwoven at the bottom of the shorts. This design provides the perfect amount of compression without constriction. The 4H chamois pad is made of elastic micro-fiber padding so it fits to the shape of the female body. The lateral shapes of the padding are designed specifically to the contours of the woman’s body so no area is chafed. The padding is positioned in the contact points so the rider is comfortable even on long rides. In areas that receive the most amount of pressure the high density padding absorbs the vibration of a bumpy road so the rider stays comfortable. In areas that receive less pressure, the padding thins down so the rider doesn’t have a bulky seat pad getting in the way of a smooth pedal stroke.
