Shipping
We stock all items that we sell and only take orders for items that are available for immediate shipment.

We ship within 24 business hours after the order is received. Orders received by 4pm will be shipped on the same business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

For the Christmas Holiday period we will be shipping also on Saturday for same day of Orders.  During Check out you have expedited shipping options with UPS.  Also we will be upgrading all USPS flat rate shipping to Priority Until December the 22nd.

Special Note For Canadian Customers - We offer UPS Ground select in addition to the USPS.  Rates to major Cities vary -- estimate approximately $13.50 per UPS Select shipment.  This is Calculated at Check out.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
Tour Cycling is not responsible for any customs, import taxes, duty charges and processing fees incurred with international shipment. If you refuse a package, you will be charged for both outgoing and incoming shipping fees, and you will also be responsible for any refused shipment charges.

International shipping
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to ASSOS sales policy we cannot ship ASSOS items outside of the United States. In addition we do not ship nutritional products outside of North America. We’ll be happy to ship any other item internationally.

Please be aware, that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes or other charges, which we cannot calculate and are not responsible for.

We will perform additional verification for international shipments where the card billing address and shipping address are different.
