The Castelli Distanza Jersey FZ is a long distance cycling jersey. The fabrics in the Distanza help control body temperature so a rider stays comfortable on endurance rides. The fabrics are multilayered: the layer closest to the body absorbs sweat while the outside layer evaporates body moisture. The space between the two fabrics increases the amount of air in direct contact with sweat which speeds up the evaporation process. The fabrics are also lightweight with enough elasticity to have a comfortable fit on the bike. The pocket support compression band at the waist keeps the 3 filled rear pockets from moving around as you are in and out of your saddle. The full length zipper is easy to open when extra ventilation is needed as you are riding a bike.
