The Castelli Intenso Ul Shoecover is best for very chilly days when cold temperatures combined with the windchill of riding a bike can numb your toes if you are not properly covered. The Gore-Tex Infinium™ Windstopper® fabric blocks all wind but circulates air within the fabric to let out body heat and wick sweat. Neoprene panels are stretchy so the Castelli shoe cover fits with no place for extra air. Velcro closure under foot finishes off a perfect fit. When you need to walk short distances, durable panel wraps around the lower part will spare the shoe cover from wear.
