Chopping off this much time in the bike leg can move a female triathlete onto the podium. More than just added sleeves make the T1:Stealth a fast top for a woman triathlete. Castelli updated the second generation Stealth Women’s Top with pocket designs that lie flat when loaded and a waist that fits like a second skin. The front of the top is a smooth, stretchy polyester fabric and the back and shoulders are made with a dimpled fabric that allows air to flow over smoothly. Over 94% of UV rays are blocked at the back, a very helpful feature for the triathlete who may be out in the sun for 8+ hours. The top can be worn in all three legs of a triathlon, but Castelli made the top easy to take off and put on with the YKK® Vislon zipper so slipping into the top during the transition time between swim and run won’t slow you down. SnapLock fasteners attach to Free Tri Shorts so the top and shorts connect like a skinsuit, but have the convenience of a two-piece.
