The Castelli Free Speed 3 Woman’s Race Top is a top-level race top for triathletes who prefer a two-piece kit to train or race in. The race top is versatile. After extensive wind-tunnel testing, the Castelli designer found the right fabrics sewn together in the right places to create complete aerodynamics for a woman’s body. The same fabrics shed water in the swim and allow air to cool a woman on the bike and run. The sleeves and shoulder which are the first parts of the body to stream through water or face the wind on the bike are made with engineered ribbed fabric.The design reduces drag and increases speed. The GIRO3 flat gripper elastic creates a flat surface on the back and keeps the 2 rear pockets from bouncing around when loaded with nutrition. Beside aerodynamics and breathability, the race top is exceptionally comfortable. Bonded sleeve endings further enhance comfort. Clip the SnapLock fastener to shorts to make sure the race top stays in place on all three stages. When you need extra cooling, unzip the YKK® Camlock® zipper.
