Although the Sella Rain Jacket keeps the water out because of its layered construction, the fabric
is an amazingly breathable and light. The Velcro cuffs keep the wind from getting in at the wrists and the rain flap keeps the wind and the rain from getting in at the neck. Riding in
the rain can be pleasurable in this jacket that also has a micro fleece lining at inside collar.
