The Alé Maglia Adriatico Short Sleeve Jersey has been designed for the cyclist who is committed to riding his bike year-round. The Maglia Adriatico has a comfortable fit—the jersey conforms to your body without being an overly tight race jersey. The close fit is thanks to multi-panels constructed with wide inserts that stretch but rebound so you never get creases in your cycling Adriatico jersey. The sleeves are stretchy so the area of your body that receives the most wind is completely aerodynamic. The bottom of the jersey and bottom of sleeves has been constructed using Alé’s new J Stability System which uses a double-layer fabric-- the layer closest to the skin is made with ultra-light carbon yarn, a close-fitting fabric that provides a complete aerodynamic surface. The outer layer is a porous micro-perforated fabric that dissipates heat and sweat. After studying a number of professional cyclists in wind tunnel testing, Alé discovered that the combination of carbon on the inside and micro-perforated fabric on the outside keeps the garment in place while also keeping the hems and waist dry. The full length zipper lies flat and is easily opened when you need a little extra cool air. Three rear pockets are conveniently located so that to reach for bars, GUs or any other choice of the food you need to refuel is easy to do.
