For USA Customers -- We do offer an easy return label service using USPS sent to you by email. To request a return label Email us at: Customerservice@TourCycling.com. Include your order number and list the items you would like to return. Return label costs per label $6.99 for Apparel orders and $11.99 for Helmets and Shoes. Labels are sent within 24 hours of request receipt.

Tour Cycling is not responsible for any customs, import taxes, duty charges and processing fees incurred with an international shipment. If you refuse a package, you will be charged for both outgoing and incoming shipping fees, and you will also be responsible for any refused shipment charges.
