Our returns process is super easy!
1. To request a return shipping label. Send us an email at CustomerService@tourcycling.com
2. Include in your Email A) Your Order Number and B) The items you would like to return.
3. We will send you an email to the email used to place the order within one business day. Print the return USPS First Class label that is contained in the email and attach it to the package, and mail it back to us. Include the packing slip inside the package.
4. Once we've received your item, we will issue a refund for the items in your order, minus a $6.99 return shipping charge. For larger items shoes and helmets the return shipping label charge is $12.99.

We are not responsible for lost packages when you use your own service to return ship to us.
All returns of apparel must be in new unworn unwashed condition with all tags and packaging. We do not accept return for shoes where cleats have been attached and the shoes used..
