Style and performance are combined in the Ale PRR Krakatoa Vest. The wind-front membrane in the front of the vest has been added making the Krakatoa a great piece of apparel to have when descending a mountain or riding on a very windy day. The vest is so light it can be easily stored in your back jersey pocket when the temperature rises and you don’t need that second layer. The micro-perforated material on the front along with the mesh on the back of the vest provide excellent breathability which cools the rider down. Carbon fiber is added to the back to increase ventilation and speed up how quickly the cycling vest dries. The “J-stability system” is an elastic system used on the bottom hem and the sleeve. The elastic is double layered so it keeps the vest in place without pinching the skin. Long, reflective piping on the back of the vest creates more visibility of the rider.
