Ale PRR Krakatoa Winter Jacket

The Ale PRR Krakatoa Winter Jacket is an aerodynamic race winter jacket for medium cold weather. In the parts of the body that receive the most batter from cold wind, the front and shoulders, a lightweight 3-layered material protects with minimal bulk. The outside is extremely fine and compact making it a smooth, aerodynamic surface that circulates air against the skin keeping you fresh and dry. The inner mesh surface absorbs and evaporates sweat. The middle Windtex membrane blocks wind and water while still allowing air to circulate within the jacket. On the back, thermal fleece fabric is another added feature that insulates and wicks sweat without compromising breathability. Cold air is kept out at the neck by a high collar that can be sealed closed by a long zipper with protective flap. The cycling jacket is kept in place with an elastic system made by double-layering fabric---carbon fabric is on the inside and micro-perforated fabric is on the outside. This combination provides a compressive hem that stays dry. Plenty of storage space is available in the easy to access 3 rear pockets. Money and keys can be safely sealed into a fourth zippered pocket. The PRR series of clothing is ultra-light, highly breathable and wind tunnel tested so aerodynamic qualities are perfected.
