The Aero Pro was made fast thanks to Castelli’s CFD analysis that analyzes the best place to put the fabrics and where to place the seams. The combination of fabrics used in the Aero Pro has made a very lean jersey that feels exceptionally soft against skin. On front and sleeves, the Velocity Rev 2 fabric is stretchy, and it wicks sweat immediately. The longer sleeves are more aerodynamic, and they are cut with raw edge seams that lie flat. Over the arms there is no surface that creates friction between rider and air. The 3D mesh back provides maximum ventilation; a female rider’s sweat dries and she stays cool as race pace increases.
