The elegance of the Anima comes from the contrasting sleeve hems which match the dual-color YKK® Vislon zipper with neck-protecting flap. Another more subtle elegant feature is how the different fabric textures blend together. The difference in textures is a result of Castelli’s understanding what a woman does when she pushes her body to the limits—her body heats up and she sweats. The body heat and sweat have to be managed by the clothing if the woman wants to feel good when she rides her bike fast. Maximum comfort is provided by the Velocity Dry fabric on the front which is silky and soft. The lightweight polyester fits very close to the skin and dries instantly. On the back, ventilation is enhanced by the porous Strada fabric which has a controlled stretch that adjusts to your moving body. In the Anima, you have constant perfect fit. The hydrophyllic treatment absorbs and evaporates sweat immediately. Silicone gripper at waist keeps the jersey in place and 3 rear pockets stay in place when they are loaded with riding food.
