The Castelli Diluvio 2 All-Road Shoecover has an open construction under the foot so it can be worn with road and mountain bike shoes in cold weather. Cold wind and water are kept at bay by a 3 mm-thick neoprene fabric that is wind- and water-resistant. The seams are sealed like a wetsuit and the top edge of the shoe cover is finished which prevents water from coming into the bootie. The heavy-duty rear zipper closes and lets no cold air or moisture enter through the shoe cover. A reflective heel panel has been added to make the rider more visible in low light conditions.
