The fast fabrics, aero pockets and a construction that fits in both the bike and run position provide a sleeveless triathlon suit with nearly zero drag in the swim and the run and complete comfort throughout the entire triathlon. SpeedFreak ventilated race fabric on the front and Velocity mesh on the back have been wind-tunnel tested. Through this design, Castelli designers found the maximum aerodynamic advantage. These fabrics also allow air to circulate so the triathlete stays cool and dry. The Instadry Speed fabric on the short slips through the swim while absorbing minimal water. As a result, the shorts won’t weigh a triathlete down in the swim and they will dry almost instantly as the triathlete make the transition onto the bike. The KISS Tri Seat pad protects and stays dry in the time trial position but won’t get in the way on the run. Like the Instadry Speed fabric, the seat pad will not absorb excess water in the swim. Comfort is guaranteed with the armholes made of a soft-finish and the Giro Air leg gripper elastic that comfortably keeps the shorts from riding up.
