The Castelli Iridescente Jersey appears to have a simple design, but underneath what you see is a multi-layered construction that keeps you cool and dry during hot summer months. hydrophylic treatment steps up evaporation by dissipating moisture over a larger surface area within the fabric. Fabric is held off the structure of the skin with the 3-D structure which speeds up wicking and reduces cling. When riding in the Iridescent you stay dry in a jersey that feels very light on your skin. Castelli wanted to emphasize a rider’s comfort when designing the Iridescente jersey which is why even the logos transfer heat away from the body. The YKK® zipper is easy to open and the neck protector shields from abrasion of any flying debris. There is plenty of space to store GUs in 3 rear pockets and the reflective strips enhance visibility of the rider.
