The Castelli Meccanico Puffy Jacket is made to keep you warm during extreme cold of winter months. Ideally, the Puffy Jacket can be worn during your pre-race routine and before your actual warm-up. It can also be worn by those who are in the support pit crew or the fans of the racers. The quilted synthetic-down jacket is exceptionally soft with fleece lining inserts for the warmth needed in cold to freezing temperatures. Water-repellent finish keeps the athlete dry on misty days, but on days when heavy rain threatens, it is recommended to be worn under the Meccanico Rain Shell. The high collar, the adjustable hood and the long sleeves provide full coverage on cold winter days. The zippered front pocket is easy to open and zippered side pockets are a secure place to store keys, money and other valuables.
