The Castelli Perfetto Women’s Long Sleeve Jersey is an upgrade from the Gabba, last year’s jersey worn by many pro cyclists on the pro-circuit. The Perfetto blocks wind and keeps you warm just as did the Gabba. To keep you dry in wet weather, Castelli made the jersey with Nano Flex fabric. The Nano Flex fabric is a thermal, fleecy stretch Thermoflex fabric coated with millions of nanofilaments which make it the most water-repellent fabric finish ever made. This improvement of the Perfetto doesn’t block any of the jersey’s well-known breathability. When riding in the Perfetto, rain doesn’t make your body wet, but the air that circulates evaporates sweat and keeps you from overheating. The Gore® Windstopper® X-Lite Plus fabric is another addition to the design of the Perfetto women’s long sleeve jersey to completely block out cold wind and rain. Besides being very lightweight, the fit has been made more exact for the female rider’s body. As you are leaned over the bike, the jersey follows your movements-- no overly tight areas nor do creases compromise comfort. The splash flap on the back has been redone so it lies flatter and fits better and the silicone gripper at waist prevents ride-up. The drain holes in the pockets are Lazer cut and three rear pockets hold your GUs or energy bars.
