The Contakt Shorts are an 8-panel riding short with CE approved armor and a 3D Coolmax® Silver anti- l chamois pad. Forcefield has proven that armor doesn’t have to be hard and rigid. The armor in the Contakt Short is designed to be flexible so it fits your body in any position as you take to the off-road trails on a mountain bike. Seamless construction and 4-way stretch provide comfort in comparison with top race-level shorts. Ergonomically designed to fit the rider as he is leaned over a bike and even when he has to jump off his bike on the approach to an un-rideable trail condition. As the body heats up, the shorts mold even more closely over legs. Silicone leg grippers are of the highest quality keeping the shorts comfortably in place. CE approved armor is just 9 mm thick while its flexibility creates armor that continuously fits your body in motion. The armor can be removed and the shorts can be machine washed. Repeat Performance Technology has been applied to the armor so it maintains its protective features even after multiple impacts. The silky soft, integrated 3D CoolMax® Silver anti- l chamois pad adjusts to the shape of a seat and keeps away infections and odor. The shorts can be worn as a liner and as the outer shorts.
