LAZER HELMET BULLET MIPS

The well-ventilated and race ready Lazer Bullet Helmet MIPS is for a racer who rides fast in warm or cool weather. The Lazer also provides extra protection for the head. Three vents at the side provide side ventilation and the Airslide at the top can be adjusted to let in as much cool air as needed. The adjustments make the Bullet Helmet a race helmet for multiple seasons. The Bullet is also very aerodynamic so little wind resistance; another feature sought after by a racer. The Lazer Bullet fits a racer who needs a helmet to protect in case of crash but remains comfortable and lightweight. The Turnfit ATS® system makes it easy for a rider to adjust the helmet’s fitting. Simply make a quick turn to control a dial at the back of the helmet for a snug fit that keeps the helmet comfortably in place. Every feature in the Bullet helmet makes it easy for cyclists including the magic buckle which allows riders to quickly close or open the buckle. This buckle also prevents skin from getting in between the locking system. The Lazer padding is designed for the performance athlete. Comfortable against the skin, it absorbs and quickly evaporates sweat so the rider stays cool and can continue to put out full effort on the bike. The difference of the Bullet MIPS from the Bullet is the addition of the Multi-Directional Impact Protection System (MIPS). Extra protection is provided by a low friction layer placed between the shell and the liner of the helmet. In case of crash, the friction layer will rotate and absorb part of the impact. The addition of the MIPS protects against the most common types of impacts and helps to prevent brain injury. Safety is further enhanced by the Rigidity Brace System (RBS) that reinforces the cycling helmet’s resistance to breaking apart in a crash. The RBS keeps the cracked EPS pieces together, therefore allowing some form of protection. While it does not guarantee the effectiveness of the helmet after the crash, it does increase the likelihood that the helmet maintains its protective qualities. The optional inclination sensor is a body posture monitor that tracks your aerodynamic cycling posture so stay in the right position and ride faster.
