The Castelli Short Distance Women’s Race Suit is for Sprint and Olympic-distance racing. To make it faster in the water, the Instadry Speed fabric on shorts doesn’t absorb water and the SpeedFreak Dry upper fabric repels water. Within minutes on the bike, the triathlete will have shed off water. Soft-finish armholes are soft and they don’t chafe despite the amount of times a woman moves her arms. The armholes are sealed so water doesn’t get into the race suit. The GIRO Air mesh leg gripper elastic distributes pressure evenly over a larger area making it stay comfortably in place. The seat liner provides enough cushioning for the bike leg but its minimalist design allows a triathlete to run and swim as if no chamois were there. Since the focus was speed, this ITU-compliant suit comes without pockets.
