The Suomy Gunwind is a road racing helmet with 25 vents that cool a racer’s head on high intensity rides and races. The rain cover that comes with the Gunwind keeps a rider’s head dry when rain falls. Designed with the assistance of the pros on Team Lampre-Merida, the Gunwind’s design focus was to offer a racer an aerodynamic advantage as well as protection in case of crash. By using in-molding technology, the cycling helmet has all the features it needs to absorb the shock of impact while staying lightweight, aerodynamic and super ventilated. By using Suomy’s very own minimum contact system, a gap between helmet and head provides an extra layer of air flow. The vents are designed to maximize airflow while not compromising aerodynamics. The right fit is also connected to a safe aerodynamic helmet. Knowing this, Suomy engineers created the biaxial size adjuster that allows a cyclist to tweak and perfect fit the fit with just one hand. The Gunwind is so easy to adjust; the fit can be perfected when riding a bike.
