Castelli Superleggera Vest

Made with the air-porous Pertex® Quantum base fabric, the Caselli Superleggera Vest allows sweat to escape but keeps rain out. Durable yet lightweight and soft, the cycling vest is ideally comfortable for cycling apparel worn in wet, windy weather. Quantum fabric is breathable, but mesh panels have been added on the sides to further increase breathability in an area of the body that gets less wind and needs extra wicking. For more rain protection, Castelli added the Stretch Torrent waterproof insert on the back. The Superleggera Vest is used as a second layer but its elasticity creates a close-to-body fit. The vest was designed for the competitive cyclist who requires protection in an aerodynamic vest that stays dry as he sweats. Easy to unzip and pack into the back jersey pocket, the Superleggera Vest can be brought along a ride as a back-up, just in case.
